Kito is the result of our passion for coffee and our desire to engage anyone who loves it as we do in an experiential journey of discovery of this fascinating product that grows in unique, unspoilt regions all over the world. We only deal in selected and sought-after speciality coffees, all high-quality single-origin Arabicas.


In Swahili Kito means jewel, precious stone. As if it were a precious stone, we believe in the value of quality coffee, the spread of coffee culture and the completely different experience of drinking single-origin coffees in which the link between terroir and processing methods results in specific aromatic notes in the cup.


We aim to engage all coffee lovers in a journey to discover its origins, the small-scale producers who grow it in unique, unspoilt places so that it reaches us, to be carefully selected and ultimately savoured with all the senses: fruity, spicy, sweet, fresh and floral: coffee can have as many flavours as we have emotions.


We carefully select only batches of speciality coffee that meet our expectations and quality criteria. We devote time and a variety of tests to finding the ideal roasting process for each individual coffee, so that it can best express the unique aromas and flavours that distinguish each batch. We roast coffee solely to order. This means that once a week we roast only specific coffees in the quantities ordered and ship them within 48 hours, guaranteeing that your coffee is always fresh.


All our coffees can be traced back to their origins. We not only indicate the place of origin but also the farming cooperative, the processing methods used, the altitude, the cultivar and the harvest period, in addition to the date of roasting and tips on perfect extraction techniques.
