The producer

A superb 100% pink bourbon grown by Segundo Lasso on Finca La Esperanza in Huila. Segundo Lasso has grown coffee all his life, to build a farm business for his family. In recent years he has focused on speciality coffees. The whole family works on the farm. The youngest son, Heiner Lazo, takes care of processes like coffee drying and cupping/tasting. The other son, Wilder, is responsible for marketing, soil studies and fertilisation. This unusual variety offers typical Bourbon sweetness combined with a sparkling citrus acidity of pink grapefruit and mandarin.
