Grown on protected land in the heart of an excellent microclimate and in the natural shade of banana plants, this coffee perfectly expresses the richness of its terroir. It restores the nobility of Ugandan coffees. After harvest, the cherries are selected and transported to the Great Lakes Coffee drying plant in Kasese. They are arranged in a single layer on drying frames of African wood and left to dry for three days under constant supervision. The coffee is recorded in individual batches for complete traceability.
